An important security patch has been released for some of the Textlocal servers, and this needs to be applied as soon as convenient. As such, we have worked with our Data Centre team at Rackspace to carry this out between 20:00 and 00:00 on Sunday 30th June. This is outside our normal notification period for scheduled maintenance, but due to the potential risk of the security patch, it has been deemed necessary.
The updates will be carried out under a "platform at risk" maintenance window. During the At Risk period the platform will still be open to users but work will be undertaken. There is a small chance that the work being undertaken will affect normal operation and users should bear this in mind when using the service during these times.
Regular updates will be sent as to the progress of the updates and any issues that arise during the maintenance window.

This scheduled maintenance affected: International SMS (International SMS Delivery), UK SMS (UK SMS Delivery, UK Inbound Messages), Textlocal API (Send SMS from API, Email2SMS, FTP/sFTP, API Reporting, API Documentation), and Textlocal Messenger (Sending SMS from Messenger, Payment Pages, Sending MMS from Messenger, SMS Reporting).
