As a precautionary measure, the service that processes Remote Receipting, that is where Textlocal forwards Delivery Receipts to customer's own APIs needs restarting. Due to the nature of the issue, this may take up to 1 hour. During this time, Remote Receipts will be queued, but not forwarded to customers.
If this maintenance isn't carried out, the service is likely to fail, and take a much longer period to recover. No other part of the Textlocal platform will be affected in any way, as this is an isolated process.
