The maintenance has begun. Our operations team will be monitoring the status of the platform, and alert on this incident in case of issue. We do not expect there to be any reason for the platform being affected.

Between 9.30pm and midnight (GMT) on Sunday 7th April 2019, we're carrying out operating system patching and hardware maintenance, to ensure our servers are patched with the latest security and performance updates, and the hardware is operating at peak performance. The work is being carried out with Rackspace, our data centre provider.
The updates will be carried out under a "platform at risk" maintenance window. During the At Risk period the platform will still be open to users but work will be undertaken. There is a small chance that the work being undertaken will affect normal operation and users should bear this in mind when using the service during these times.
Regular updates will be sent as to the progress of the updates and any issues that arise during the maintenance window.

This scheduled maintenance affected: International SMS (International SMS Delivery), UK SMS (UK SMS Delivery, UK Inbound Messages), Textlocal API (Send SMS from API, API Reporting, Email2SMS, FTP/sFTP, API Documentation), and Textlocal Messenger (Sending SMS from Messenger, Payment Pages, Sending MMS from Messenger, SMS Reporting).
