Between 23:30 and 03:00 (London Time) on Sunday 27th to Monday 28th October 2019, we are carrying out hardware replacement, to ensure our platform is operating at peak performance. The work is being carried out with Rackspace, our data centre provider.

The replacements will be carried out under a "platform at risk" maintenance window. During the At Risk period the platform will still be open to users but work will be undertaken. There will be a very small period of downtime, whilst hardware is change, which should only a matter of a few minutes. During the rest of the maintenance window, there is a small chance that the work being undertaken will affect normal operation and users should bear this in mind when using the service during these times.

Regular updates will be sent as to the progress of the updates and any issues that arise during the maintenance window.
