The emergency maintenance has started. There should be no noticeable affect on the platform, but should something occur, we are monitoring the platform, and will update this ticket accordingly.

The Data Center team at Rackspace is going to be performing preventative maintenance on Sunday 9th December. The maintenance is to replace a faulty item of hardware to ensure the up-time and stability of the Textlocal platform. This change will be carried out under a "platform at risk" maintenance window. During the At Risk period the platform will still be open to users but work will be undertaken. There is a small chance that the work being undertaken will affect normal operation and users should bear this in mind when using the service during these times. We have therefore selected an appropriate time to carry this out, when the platform is at it's quietest to cause the least impact.

This scheduled maintenance affected: International SMS (International SMS Delivery), UK SMS (UK SMS Delivery, UK Inbound Messages), Textlocal API (Send SMS from API, API Reporting, Email2SMS, FTP/sFTP, API Documentation), and Textlocal Messenger (Sending SMS from Messenger, Payment Pages, Sending MMS from Messenger, SMS Reporting).
