A change has been made at the UK network level and we are now seeing consistent and timely MO traffic reaching Messenger. We will continue to monitor but are confident this issue is now resolved.

Monitoring

We are currently investigating an issue around MO traffic intermittently not reaching our platform from our suppliers for some SMS sent to UK virtual mobile numbers. Our suppliers are investigating this issue with the UK networks. Impacted SMS sent to hosted UK virtual numbers are being queued, and delivered. Users impacted will see some slight delay in MO traffic being received.
